How to Make a Receipt on Your Phone
Making a receipt on your phone should be simple: enter the real payment details, save the record, and share it when needed. A mobile receipt maker is useful when you are away from a desk, working between appointments, or handling direct payments after a ride or service.
Start with the payment details
The core of any receipt is the payment record. Add the date, amount, payment method, customer or passenger details, and a short description of the ride, service, sale, or cash payment.
Keep the wording plain. A receipt should show what was paid and why. It does not need to become a full invoice or a long report.
Use the right receipt mode
QuickReceipt has driver mode for ride receipts and business mode for sales or service receipts. Driver receipts can include pickup, dropoff, fare, tip, tolls, card fee, payment method, passenger details, and notes.
Business receipts can include customer details, item or service description, amount, tip, misc charge, tax rate, card fee, payment method, notes, and company profile information.
QuickReceipt lets you send a clean receipt to any customer in seconds - no account needed, works offline.

After you create the receipt, save it to receipt history. Local history helps you find past payment records without searching through messages or paper slips.
QuickReceipt works without an account and stores receipt data locally on your phone unless you export or share it.
Share or export when needed
Some customers only need a quick shared receipt. Others may want a PDF receipt. QuickReceipt supports sharing from your phone, and PDF export is available as a Pro feature.
