By using Receipt Maker - QuickReceipt, you agree to these Terms of Service.

QuickReceipt is a receipt creation tool for rideshare drivers and small businesses.

Receipt Maker - QuickReceipt is a receipt maker app for rideshare drivers, private drivers, freelancers, and small businesses.

QuickReceipt is not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, or any third party.

You are responsible for all data you enter and how you use the app.

You agree not to use QuickReceipt for fraudulent or misleading receipts, false claims or disputes, impersonation, or any illegal activity.

Receipt IDs, business receipt IDs, sale receipt IDs, and generated receipt numbers are for organization only.

We do not guarantee uniqueness or acceptance by third parties.

You are responsible for verifying receipt accuracy.

QuickReceipt does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for compliance with laws and accuracy.

Receipt data is stored locally on your device; we do not operate a cloud database or QuickReceipt-operated backup service. We do not guarantee recovery of lost data.

Backups are your responsibility. Exported backup files are unencrypted JSON and do not include local image files such as logos or expense receipt photos. If you delete the app without a backup, your data may be permanently lost.

You are responsible for securing your device and backup files.

You are responsible for sending receipts to the correct recipient.

Sharing, email, SMS, address suggestions, and purchases depend on your device, your network, and external services such as your messaging or email provider, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Photon. We are not responsible for delivery issues, third-party service availability, or third-party handling.

QuickReceipt Pro unlocks premium features.

Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. We do not manage refunds directly.

All app content, design, and code belong to wpggLabs.

You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app.

The app is provided "as is" with no guarantees.

We do not guarantee accuracy of calculations, acceptance of receipts, or error-free operation.

We are not liable for data loss, financial loss, business loss, or indirect or consequential damages.

We may restrict access if the app is used unlawfully.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, unless another law applies by requirement.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
