Privacy Policy

Receipt Maker - QuickReceipt is a privacy-first and offline-first receipt maker app by wpggLabs. It does not require an account or login, and receipt data stays stored locally on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use QuickReceipt.

We do not require accounts and we do not collect personal data on our servers.

All data is stored locally on your device only, including receipt and expense details, passenger or customer information if entered, business or driver profile details, trip data, saved passengers/customers, recent locations, and company logo files.

We do not transmit receipt, customer, passenger, profile, trip, or logo data to any server.

QuickReceipt does not require an account. No login is required to use the app.

Location is used only while the app is open to help autofill addresses.

We do not track your location, store GPS coordinates, or send location data anywhere.

If you purchase QuickReceipt Pro, payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. These services may process purchase validation, anonymous device identifiers, and subscription status.

We only receive anonymous entitlement status. We do not receive payment details or personal billing information.

When you share receipts by SMS, email, PDF, image, or clipboard, data is sent through your device's apps such as Messages or Mail.

We do not store or control that data once shared.

All data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. No cloud storage is provided or maintained by us.

You can export backups manually, restore backups, and delete all data from within the app.

If you delete the app without a backup, your data may be permanently lost.

We use Apple App Store and Google Play for payments and distribution, and RevenueCat for subscription status.

We do not use analytics, ads, tracking SDKs, or data brokers. We do not sell your data.

Because data stays on your device, you are responsible for securing your device.

Use a passcode or biometric lock when possible. Backup files are unencrypted, so store them carefully.

QuickReceipt is not intended for users under 13.

We may update this policy. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
