Restore QuickReceipt Pro

Open the Pro screen in QuickReceipt and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google store account used for the subscription.

Back up or restore records

Use Settings → Data & Backup. Apple/Google device protection depends on platform settings, so keep a separate JSON recovery copy you can verify. Exported JSON is unencrypted, excludes logo and expense-photo binaries, and should be stored securely. Restore replaces current local app data.

Find missing records

QuickReceipt has no account or app-owned cloud receipt database. Working records live in private app storage; eligible copies may exist in Apple/Google system backup when enabled. Check the active Rideshare or Business mode and History filters first, then check your verified manual backup or platform restore options.

Report an app problem

Include your device model, iOS or Android version, QuickReceipt app version, the screen involved, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not email sensitive customer or receipt information unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Privacy reminder

QuickReceipt support will never ask for your Apple ID password, Google password, store password, or device passcode. Purchases are handled by the app stores and RevenueCat; receipt records remain local unless you choose to share or export them.
